Private Label Distribution Partner Services

Travel Content

As the result of NEXGEN's EATS partners and direct connections with suppliers, the NEXGEN Private Label Booking Engine offers the most travel content on the market today. From 35,000 destinations worldwide, the engine offers outbound air travel, accommodation, car travel, traditional pre-packages or tour operators, true dynamic packages, activities, rentals, transfers, tours, restaurants, and travel merchandise (travel guides, luggage, skis, golf clubs) with cruise and rail travel coming soon.

Customer Service and Fulfillment

Complete fulfillment and customer service will be available for all NEXGEN distribution partners and affiliates. The extent of these services used will be determined by the individual partner and can range from nothing for partners that already have such systems in house, to total fulfillment for those who do not.

Insurance and Licenses

Many markets require certain tour operator licenses of insolvency and insurance in order to operate as a tour operator. NEXGEN acquires such status to give their distribution partners that do not have these licenses or insurance the authority to operate as virtual tour operators. Furthermore, NEXGEN offers a complete portfolio of travel insurance for the consumer. NEXGEN contracts with insurance companies worldwide to distribute their products to the travel consumer.

Financial Services

NEXGEN Travel Distribution offers a suite of back office financial services for distribution partners. NEXGEN is connected to the major credit card companies, accepting over 100 currencies. NEXGEN offers their clients use of these services, so they do not have to run through the compliance processes with the credit card companies. This allows for NEXGEN’s partner websites to make financial transactions without going through these processes, eliminating a major barrier to entry. The NEXGEN payment system is available in multiple languages and in over 100 currencies worldwide.
