Lawrence Hutson

Lawrence Hutson has been involved in Internet travel development for nearly ten years. He was responsible for the architecture, design and software development of such renowned websites as www.travelocity.com, believed to be the first Internet travel site of its kind. Mr. Hutson has also served as principle e-commerce consultant and architect for Quantas Airways, Swissair, Air China, Singapore Airlines, British Airways, Walt Disney World Travel as well as various leading hotels throughout the world.

Christian Wegmann

Christian Wegmann currently serves as the General Manager of the NEXGEN Travel Distribution German office in Munich. Mr. Wegmann began his career in 1998 with FTI, one of Germany’s leading tour operators. He held serveral management positions in FTI’s direct sales department and the travel agency’s headquarters. In 2002, he purchased TurCon Touristik GmbH (“TurCon“), a well-established German tour company, comprised of a Munich-based tour operator and seven incoming agencies in Europe.

Gregory Abbott

Gregory Abbott has extensive experience in many aspects of retail travel, having served as Product Director with STA Travel. His accomplishments include broad P&L management experience, business development of key customer groups, including STA Travel’s entire on campus position, and key project management of a 75-location acquisition of Council Travel. Mr. Abbott received a BA & AS from the University of California at Berkeley. His credentials and qualifications will undoubtedly facilitate the acquisition of new product relationships for NEXGEN Travel’s unique online travel model.

Maria Losey

Maria G. Losey contributes her 25 years experience with the IBM Corporation, the last 13 years of which were spent as Manager of the Conference Management Group comprised of 22 employees. This department handled conference events for very large groups of IBM customers. She also has experience in marketing, financial measurements, auditing and education and training. Maria received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lady Cliff College. She will hold the position of Corporate Secretary at NEXGEN Travel Distribution.
